I understand that having your pet immortalised on paper is so much more than 'painting a picture'; it is about capturing everything that makes our dearest companions who they are. I aim to give my clients more than what a photo can provide by using my own style, this makes my work more personal and a treasured one-of-a-kind portrait for you.

WHAT YOU GET:

I draw detailed realistic portraits of your pets using pastel pencils. The chosen materials are of the highest archival quality to ensure lightfastness and longevity.

All artwork is painted on Clairefontaine PastelMat board. All portraits are 24cm x 32cm in size

PET PORTRAIT FAQs:

PHOTOS: For pet commissions please email your favourite photo/photos of your pet to hello@jessicaivy.ie. Clear photos are required.

ADDITIONAL PETS: Please contact me for a quote.

TIMESCALE: Commissions usually take 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the size and number of pets/animals. If this portrait is needed for a special occasion, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. There is a waiting list and this can change frequently, so I will give you an idea of timescales before/when you place your order.

ADVERTISING: Showcasing my work on social media is how I advertise my business.  If this commission is for a surprise present then I will of course wait until the commission has been gifted to post any images.

COPYRIGHT: Your commission will be an original piece of artwork and therefore I own the copyright on this piece. Making your own copies will therefore be an infringement of copyright.  I may use your image to advertise my business, but I will not make prints to sell.
